Our buffet offers you a selection of fresh fruit, freshly baked bread, buns and croissants. Various types of yoghurt, muesli and toppings, Bircher muesli Balm style, to make your breakfast just the way you like it. A delicious assortment of the finest meats and cheeses from the region and the world-famous Dubler Mohrenköpfe (chocolate kisses). Every day we prepare egg dishes for you according to your wishes. We offer you aromatic coffee, a selection of exquisite teas and juices.

Our bright and inviting breakfast room offers you the perfect environment to enjoy your breakfast to the full. In summer, you can also have breakfast on our flower terrace and start the day with a wonderful view of the greenery.

Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7.30 am to 10.00 am. For early risers, we offer breakfast at the bar on request.
